Special purpose plastic holesaw for simultaneously forming holes and anchor guides on insulation panels in order to plug the appropriate anchores on external thermal insulation panels, in the correct position and depth. Adapts easily on electric drills and provides long term usage with any kind of expanded or extruded polystyrene boards.
