DS-256 Flex Velvet

Ready-mixed, white or colored fine-grain mortar, with high mechanical strength. Suitable for applications on vertical and horizontal surfaces, for both interior and exterior applications. Apply the flexible DS-256 FLEX VELVET of DUROSTICK in a single coat with a trowel to create exceptionally silky smooth texture surfaces and yield spaces with personality, unique aesthetics, in slim and elegant forms. Essential complement for applications where very smooth finishes are required on new surfaces or existing subfloors made of microcement or other screeds. In large projects (when required), it is possible to reduce cost by lining the substrate with DS-250 microcement and once cured to apply DS-256 FLEX VELVET over it to thicknesses of up to 5mm. DS-256 FLEX VELVET is colored in its mass by adding the water-soluble pigments coated with vinyl resins in powder form DUROCOLOR POWDER-C in 96 colors, or by broadcasting the pigments directly on the fresh surface. Create unique styles on the surface of the microcement using the cementitious GROUTS of DUROSTICK, available in 38 colors, as well as the syringes from the Measuring System for Shade Rendering DUROCOLOR. Quantities over 250kg, approximately line 60m², can be delivered factory colored.
Classified PCC R3 per EN 1504-3 and as floor screed material is classified CT-C25-F7-AR2 per EN 13813.
