PROPERTIES

Readymade mortar, for hand or machine broadcasting over new industrial floor surfaces.
It consists of high quality cement, improving additives and hardened stainless metal micro beads.
Distinguished for its high resiliency to abrasion and impact. It creates a non-slip surface and prevents dusting.
Ideal for creating floors that will be subjected to increased mechanical stresses and is deemed as the most inexpensive, high performance, and long lasting flooring system. Classified CT-C70-F8-AR1 per EN 13813.

APPLICATIONS

DUROTOP is broadcasted over fresh concrete or cement screed, for the creation of industrial floors, in places like shopping centers, light and heavy industries, machine shops, garages, gas stations, parking lots, warehouses (pic.2), ramps, loading docks etc.

USE

1. Surface preparation
The concrete must be fresh and its surface lightly set.

2. Application
The product is applied dry by broadcasting over the fresh concrete or cement screed, as their surfaces begin to set.
After the broadcasting, soak the surface and compact using ‘helicopter’ machine or a power float

CONSUMPTION


3-5kg/m2 of sufrace.

STORAGE


Store in tightly closed packages, in dry and shaded places for at least 12 months after production date.

NOTE


The product, after hardening, is harmless to health and the environment.
